Once you sign with Hill & Co. you will be assigned a team. Your team will consist of an experienced property manager, their assistant, and an accounting manager. This team’s depth of knowledge means faster response time, prompt answers to your questions, and available help at every step of the way.
We understand and appreciate that serving on the Board is a volunteer position that carries a significant amount of responsibility. We aim to make the Board a decision-making body, so that all of the research, bid solicitation, compliance, employee issues, homeowner issues and requests, etc. are presented to the Board in a manner that is clear and concise, keeping the impact on the Board’s time to a minimum.
For those properties that are Co-ops, we have over 20 years of experience handling the unique requirements of the Corporation, proprietary lease and property taxes. Hill & Co is among one of the largest Co-op property management company’s in other San Francisco.
Our financial reports are delivered timely, either by USPS or through a secure website with board-restricted access. We use Yardi software, widely recognized at the premier property management system. Our monthly reports include the following:
Copies of Paid Invoices
Owners have the option of remitting their monthly assessment via coupon, Automatic Debit or on-line Bill Pay. Lockbox services are provided at no additional charge.
Hill & Co. is able to offer, through Wells Fargo Insurance Services, a very attractive consolidated insurance program for our managed properties. While there is no obligation to participate, most of our managed properties have opted in to this coverage. Be sure to ask about it when you meet with us!
