View the property and give assistance on pricing and make suggestions, if appropriate, for needed improvements to bring the best market rate.

Market your property:

  • Advertise the property on top rental websites including our own
  • Provide semi-professional or professional photo shoot and ad development
  • Work with relocation agents to bring in executives from out of city and state.
  • Conduct showings and open houses to qualified tenants.

Manage the leasing process:

  • Handle all negotiations between owner and tenant – – arrange a meet and greet with owner if desired
  • Check references thoroughly for prospective tenants, including employment verification, credit, past leasing experience and personal references
  • Prepare leases or rental agreements
  • Collect all deposits and move-in monies
  • Provide a final statement of charges and distribution of funds to the owner
